I am a licensed professional counselor, wife, mom, and native New Yorker with a small private practice in Matawan, New Jersey. I help adolescents and adults process complex trauma, with a focus on childhood wounding from growing up with emotionally immature parents, using brain-body and alternative therapies.
I am currently licensed in NJ, CO, FL, VA, and MD.
All services are offered virtually or in-person.
Certifications: Brainspotting, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Classical Yoga, Yin Yoga

A little bit about my practice:

Complex trauma refers to "little t" traumas that compound throughout our life- from difficult childhood experiences, to stressful life events, to relationship difficulties. Most of my clients have experienced childhood wounding from growing up with emotionally immature parents.

Through my practice I utilize Brainspotting (a form of eye movement therapy that targets traumatic memories stored in the limbic system), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients develop coping strategies and emotional regulation.
My approach is gentle yet effective. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to feel empowered to tell their stories and begin healing from trauma.
By working through complex trauma, my clients report improvements in mood, self-esteem, and relationships, as well as a renewed sense of hope and possibility.
